They're both good. Tahchin is made with rice and meat--usually fowl or fish that's been marinated in a yogurt sauce. When you bake it, the outside of the rice gets crispy, but the meat doesn't dry out. Fatteh's just bread with a certain type of beans and yogurt sauce--you can do whatever you want with it, really. It's one of my favorite dishes.

Man, they should really give us a grocery store and kitchens. Think about how many cool foods I could be trying from everyone else's worlds!

I know, it's a shame. I haven't even seen anything in the stores we could use. [He wouldn't have thought to buy the stove even if he could have because he doesn't know what modern stoves are]

If they're ever selling cooking supplies and you snatch them up, I'll teach you to use them in return for food.

I haven't actually tried the food at the new restaurant--as long as we don't pay for it, it should be fine, right?

Yeah. It's good—it's more burgers like at McDonald's. But they're, like, diner burgers, not fast-food burgers. So they're better.

It's like being in Mondstadt, but not as good.

Oh, they have burgers in Mondstadt?

No, not quite like this. But it's the closest thing we have to the foods I've seen here--they have dishes like pancakes. And bolognese--I've never tried it, but it looks similar to that "spaghetti" dish.

Huh. That's kind of interesting—that there are some foods I recognize in your world and some that I don't.

... Although I'm sure there are lots of foods in my own world I've never heard of, so... Maybe not.

[Hilariously the foods he mentioned are real things, which I learned by complete accident while googling to double-check the spelling]

Hah, very true. I could hardly rattle off every single type of Snezhnayan cuisine. [He mostly knows about Mondstadt food because it suits his palette anyway] I wouldn't say I'm that picky, but it would be nice to have something a little more familiar, even just a good stew.
