People will come to their own conclusions, I guess. You can only play the game in a way that you decide... that you can live with after, if you do win. Or if you don't win, then knowing you did what you could.

I'd like to think that's not what it will come down to. But I can't imagine why those three would lie to us.

Don't get me wrong--if there's some way to help everyone here, I'll pursue that, of course. But I don't want to pin all my efforts on something that may ultimately prove impossible, and end up helping no one.

Mostly, I have to make sure Nahida makes it back to Sumeru. If she had her normal abilities, I wouldn't have to worry as much.

Well, they've trapped us in this small area. And they made it very clear we won't be speaking with the person in charge of all of this. So... if I can't get in contact with them to try and work out some way to get everyone out of here, then the least I can do is make sure Nahida makes it.
