[HELPPPP well. If they're in the salon then Kaveh's in his new outfit with his hair pinned up in a bun and his nails painted with one finger painted with flowers, waow. He freezes when he sees Rang, though not for the same reasons he has with other people--no, he freezes because he KNOWS RANG IS HERE TO BE A LITTLE SHIT!!!! FUCK OFF!!!!

You really would think it'd be (Wicked voice) loathing, unadulterated loathing--but it's not, actually. There is a flare of irritation, with a touch of anxiety and general UGH-ness, but it's vastly overshadowed by the exhaustion, sorrow, worry, and steady, constant guilt that Rang's probably going to get walloped with if he gets close enough. Sorry not sorry.

That makes Kaveh pause--he stops fussing with the pin and his hair, turning to stare at Rang with the look of someone who has, perhaps, figured something out.

"Damb... ur scaramouche" he says--no just kidding. There is a shift in his energy, but it's a little difficult to place. Finally, he looks away, going back to his hair.]

...People will always leave you. [He says, eventually. It is, perhaps, not the passionate pep talk that might be expected of someone like him.] That's what life is--everything you care about will inevitably cause you pain. If it doesn't, it means you didn't care.

But a life with nothing to care about is too empty. There's no point if there aren't other people in it.

It stands to reason that he's experienced loss.]
