This one's not mine. I got it last week, after the four of us came back. [CYOA rewards do be out here.] Normally I use the one Nahida got, but it's a lot of strain on my wrists when I can't use Mehrak and my Vision to help wield it.

Well, no. I can use it by itself if I want to. This one too. [He lifts the sword he has and gives it a swing; if Valerie's familiar with swordfighting at all, she can tell that he's trained, but even if she isn't, he seems confident and comfortable.] But I find it easier and more efficient to use all the tools at my disposal. I don't really enjoy fighting as a hobby.

[It's not that he doesn't see the appeal objectively, but he's a scholar and an artist. Most of the manual labor he does is engineering and building, not hunting down bandits in the desert.]
