I think I like what fishing represents more than the act itself. I mean I've only done it once or twice before coming here, but...it can be kind of nice. Do you guys fish a lot in Sumeru? I know it's, like, rainforest-y.

We do, yes--most of the major cities are along the river, and Port Ormos borders the ocean. I've been a few times myself, though I wouldn't exactly call it a hobby.

We're a few hours away from the ocean, but we have lakes and stuff close by. People do it often enough where I'm from. [ inspecting this pole. ] I think it's kind of a nice thing to do when you want something to take your mind off things but without doing something with a lot of effort.
